Centrex TYC’s President Tsewang Rigzin la will attend from India to meet with regional RTYC delegates across the USA and Canada. We will also have special guest Kasur Tenzing N. Tethong la at the opening ceremony therefore we encourage everyone to participate for this very special gathering.
